Annoying Dandelion Weeds

Dandelion weeds are so annoying. These little stinkers just drive me nuts. I try to pull them as soon as I see them poke their heads up through the ground. I put weed killer on my yard yearly and continue to spray as needed but they still pop up. I wonder, really, what's the purpose of these pesky things.

Something Noisy in the Sky

Yesterday while working on my blogs, I kept hearing a noise that appeared to be coming from the sky. At first I thought it was helicopters near my house as there is lots of road construction near my home. Also there are frequent accidents due to this massive construction. So it's not uncommon to hear traffic or even police helicopters.

So while I was working I kept hearing this noise and I thought something was really bad. I went outside and looked to the sky. There in my view was the blimp. I was surprised as I haven't seen any blimps in our area in years. I took some quick pictures as it was flying by fast. Later it came back by and it was advertising for Met Life.

The Storms Have Hit

This photo was taken earlier today when the rains were beginning to fall. I never thought rain would look like this in a picture. Isn't this odd?

I was able to take these pictures of a bunch of buds and blooms on my Crab Apple tree this afternoon before the storms began.

Bailey Is A Picky Eater - Photo A Day #43

Bailey, my Shitz Tzu, often takes morsels of his food and lays them on the tile. He evens lays some of the pieces on my carpet in the living room. Last night and this morning he had pieces of his food laying both places. He will then eat everything in the bowl and leave the rest on the tile or on the carpet. I suppose these pieces are stale. But eventually he will eat them.
